International Taido Friendship Meet in Fujisaki - 1993

The first World Taido Championship was held in Tokyo in 1993. A week before this big event the Wolrd Taido Federation General Secretary, Y.Sekiba organised an International Friendship Meet in the small town of Fujisaki near Hirosaki in Aomori prefecture (northern Japan).
This event wich included a 4 days homestay programm in local families was a great succes and is to me one of the best example of International Exchange in Taido.

That was my first stay in Japan.

A local television (RAB) covered the event and made a 30 minutes documentary about it.
